The memory-control design includes correcting a note, undoing an update and pausing memory. A corrected transcript must be reprocessed without adding duplicate notes. A correction must not erase disagreement; disagreement must not be tidied away.

Website data handling

How messages are handled.

The ask bar at the bottom of every page answers questions about this website using AI provided by Groq. Answers come from this website’s public pages and may be mistaken. It cannot read your account or personal notes, create notes or take actions. File inputs are not connected. Please do not send secrets, private recordings or private documents. When AI is unavailable, the ask bar only points to website sections and does not send your messages; voice is unavailable too.

When you send a message, the website sends it, a limited recent conversation and the open page’s context to its server and Groq, together with the matching public website sections. The recent conversation is at most your last three questions and answers. The server is hosted by Vercel, which also uses your IP address to limit how many messages can be sent. If the website recognises a question about data handling, or no public section matches, the server replies with fixed text and excludes it from Groq answer generation, either then or later as part of the recent conversation.

Recording starts only when you activate the microphone. Recorded audio goes through Vercel to Groq for transcription before the resulting text is checked for data handling; no page context or recent conversation is included. The transcript appears in the message field for you to edit and is sent as a question only when you choose Send. Audio is not saved by the website application. You can cancel a recording or stop waiting for its transcription, but this cannot recall audio already sent to the server or provider.

When enabled, an optional TypeSafe/Jev check also processes only your current message to identify data-handling questions. It does not receive recent conversation, page context, notes or account contents. It classifies the question; Groq generates ordinary website answers.

The conversation is kept in this tab’s memory, not saved by the website application. Clear conversation, reloading, or leaving the document removes the local conversation and stops displaying pending replies. This cannot recall a message already sent to Vercel, Groq or TypeSafe. Hosting and provider processing are separate; no provider-side deletion or zero-retention guarantee is made. Read Groq’s data-processing information and TypeSafe’s data-processing information. Browser extensions and your device’s input services are outside this website’s control.

The sample workspaces

The sample workspaces make no model calls, open no microphone and read no private files. Notes and sample conversations live only in this document’s memory. They reset on reload or when you switch sample audiences. Ending a sample conversation clears its messages but leaves its notes for the rest of this visit. No analytics, signup form or customer-data upload is included.

Your browser

Appearance, local storage and motion

Appearance follows your device’s light/dark setting by default. Your device applies its own Night Shift or eye-care filter; this website cannot read that setting. In the menu, under Display, choose Match device, Light or Dark, and turn on Eye comfort for warmer colours. Choosing Match device keeps your Eye comfort choice.

Only appearance preferences use local storage: your system, light or dark choice and whether Eye comfort is on. These are saved when you use an appearance control, with no automatic expiry. Clear them through your browser’s site-data controls. If storage is blocked, the controls still work for the current page.

Page positions and your decorative-motion choice are kept temporarily while you browse this document. Pause or resume the glow and colour-changing logo using the navigation control. Your system’s reduced-motion setting always keeps them still. Your browser may retain visited addresses and navigation history; the example does not save notes or conversations there. Reloading starts the demonstration again.

Offline reading and installation

Public pages and assets use browser Cache Storage offline; APIs, conversations, drafts and audio are excluded. Messages are never queued. App → Remove offline copy or browser site-data controls clears it. Storage may be evicted. AI and voice need a connection.

Links and support

Skyzai has its own data handling. Support emails and their contents are separate support correspondence, not part of the website conversation.

Website hosting

Loading the website requests pages, fonts and other assets from its host. The editorial artwork uses still images from the same host. No artwork videos are loaded. The motion control and reduced-motion preference govern the remaining decorative logo, glow and page transitions. There is no third-party video embed or playback tracking. Menexus uses Google Workspace for support mail at yves@menexus.net. Menexus has selected a policy of retaining routine support correspondence for six months after the case closes; required business records and legal holds are handled separately. The policy’s implementation and actual hosting and email-provider processing settings have not yet been verified; this notice will be updated when they are. This website does not guarantee automatic or provider-side deletion.

Sample and connected product

A sample is not your account.

This website offers fixed, fictional workspaces and a separate AI guide for questions about its public pages. The samples do not connect to your Skyzai account, record audio or update your notes. Open APU leads to the APU app, which uses the same backend as the Skyzai app; its notes and account are separate from this website.

Accounts and pricing

For developers: the current local prototype

The current local Individual capture prototype still requires review and save. The separate saved-authoring mode retains conversation and Journal data in the browser. Neither is the automatic, ephemeral-chat Skyzai experience described here, nor the APU app, which files notes directly when you send.

The local prototype uses browser speech recognition and receives text. Its capture code does not create or upload its own audio recording. The browser may send audio to its speech service; that service’s processing and retention are separate. Receiving text is not proof that audio stays on your device.

The offline authoring profile disables model and Cortex APIs. The standard model route is closed by default and requires an explicit host gate and a separate service bearer. Local browser storage is not account isolation, cloud sync or a backup.

Local setup and limitations

Automatic notes must respect your memory setting and permitted context. “Don’t remember this” must prevent note extraction too. APU’s note-taking role does not grant access to another person’s or organization’s private conversations.

Retention periods, deletion behavior, provider handling and recovery need verified service policies. This website makes no zero-retention, encryption or privacy-certification guarantee.

The side navigation across our apps is intended to be APU itself: one shared way to find your purpose, sources and decisions. Each host controls its own data and capabilities. A familiar sidebar is not permission to read another app’s private context.

Start with a question worth answering: what evidence could change this plan? Circle keeps the observations, ReFu the uncertainty, Agentz the proposal. APU’s intended role is to retain the useful context across those conversations—not turn relevance into truth or a suggestion into permission.

Emergentism is the framework across these products. This map follows the current product plan; its handoffs are still being reconciled and are not connections running on this website. The levels do not require every product on every task. External action still needs its own authority; a receipt of execution is not proof of a good outcome.

Do I need to take or review notes?

No routine note-taking, filing, tagging or review is part of the target experience. You chat; APU maintains useful notes. You can inspect and correct them, with undo for supported changes. See the current undo and export limits.

Is APU always listening to my microphone?

No. Microphone input must be activated by you, visibly, with the permissions and consent appropriate to the conversation. On this website, the microphone records only when you activate it; transcription produces an editable draft, which you choose whether to send. See Website data handling for the processing details.

Do I need another device?

Use the phone or computer you already have. APU me is the APU app: Open APU opens it, and you sign in with your Skyzai account. The outline and mind map are two views of the same notes, not a second memory system; try both in the sample.

How do the outline and mind map relate?

They show the same notes and relationships. A changed plan updates that shared record rather than generating another disconnected document.

What makes a note useful?

Its connection to what you are trying to do. Keep a reason beside a decision, an unanswered question beside the option it affects, and shared work tied to its objective. The intended experience asks for clarification when needed; it does not require you to classify every thought.

How do I pay?

No software subscription just to use APU. Managed inference is the attributable provider API cost we actually pay plus 30%, with optional cloud storage close to cost. If you bring a supported provider key, that provider bills its usage directly; it must not be charged again. The current app’s usage limits are set out in its Terms. See the pricing model.

What about APU we?

APU is designed to connect permitted briefs, handovers and decisions to one vision and several objectives in an organization’s Skyzai account. This website is the first organization it runs for: the ask bar answers only from public pages. The handover sample shows the intended behavior; what exists today is in availability. Originals, provenance and access boundaries must be preserved. APU me, APU we and APU they are contexts, not free and paid tiers.

What can I try on this website?

Ask the website guide about APU, or explore three sample workspaces: a personal plan, an organization handover and a Circle-to-RealityFutures integration. The samples are fictional and local to this tab; they connect no account, model or payment. The separate website guide uses AI providers and cannot create notes or read your account.

Does organizing something make it true?

No. APU must distinguish what you said, an AI suggestion and a supported fact. Unknowns and disagreements belong in the record. It is not a general antivirus or a guarantee that a claim is correct.

Availability & service details

Open APU launches the APU-only app, which uses AI to turn typed or spoken input into notes and tasks on the same backend as the Skyzai app. The website’s interactive workspaces are fixed fictional samples, separate from that app and from the AI website guide. Organization workspaces are being completed. Integrations with Circle, RealityFutures and Agentz are being built; there is no public API, SDK or embed yet.

Available features, account controls and supported connections are specified in the app. A familiar interface does not grant access to another account.

APU signs you in with a Skyzai account. The same account also serves the Skyzai app, including its wallet and social features, under one set of Terms and one Privacy Policy. Wallet setup and identity verification are separate steps in the Skyzai app, not part of signing in to APU.

The APU app today: notes are filed directly when you send; chat and audio are not saved; data use is on by default and can be turned off in settings; you can use your own provider key; most changes can be undone, but merging two topics cannot be undone yet; export is not available yet.

Revocation stops future reads. It does not erase material already disclosed to another system. Copies, retention and deletion need their own controls.

Each boundary has an owner.

In the design, APU maintains notes, Cortex owns durable memory admission and Nexus owns permissioned disclosure. No model can grant itself access or turn a suggestion into permission.
